When the colours of the ancient world faded, some artisans chose to recreate them.

Cycle I – Butterflies

This cycle brings together the first rebirths.
Each craftsman shapes butterflies according to their own material — fabric, stone, glass, metal, wood, flowers…
The shapes vary, the colors change, but all bear witness to the same symbol: the return of life to matter.

The Botanist

Guardian of ancient plants, she recreates flowers, leaves and colours that have disappeared.
Her art is characterized by gentleness, balance, and natural light.
Her creations seem alive, as if the gardens of yesteryear were taking root again in her hands.

The Petal Butterflies

This set explores the freshness of reborn gardens, the purity of floral colours and the lightness of life rediscovered.
The butterflies appear to be fashioned from assembled petals, plant hues, and delicate floral textures.

Each image captures a luminous moment:
a purple butterfly born from a bouquet, an azure gleam resting on a leaf, a pastel wing that evokes dawn, a breath of colors rediscovered.
